So I'm here to meet you where you’re at.
With a decade of experience working as a birth doula and years of continuing education and workshops, my classes combine the evidence and science of childbirth with the soul and magic of what it is to bring life into the world.

Since we enjoyed her class so much, we decided to ask her to be our birthing doula and it was the BEST decision we made!
